That was released while BL was there ... so you really cannot say the tune was changed in the under JB by what was said in the AR.
(Well I you can and did say that but its actually not the case)
I mean they (SYA) also laid it out neatly for you in July
1. Economic trade-off analysis Carbonate Vs Hydroxide (completed)
2. Preliminary Carbonate technical study (completed)
3. Production trade-off study Carbonate Vs Hydroxide (TBC)
4. Definite Technical Study (in 2024)
This has been out in the market for a long time and while BL was in charge.
