Completely agree with your thoughts and concerns. This coming AGM is going to become an extremely relevant date for history of SYA in my opinion and I think what happens at it is going to affect quite a few investors investment approach with this company.
I have voted AGAINST all of the options. I was in favour for Resolution 4 but felt that a 100% AGAINST all may send a stronger message to SYA management and if big changes do occur with management afterwards this can be revisited.
I hope you get this out on Twitter and Facebook also and hopefully someone at SYA actually sees this post and alerts the rest of them about how much our view of them has soured.
