If all resolutions pass I can just imagine SYA's board of directors rolling around on the floor throwing their money about and laughing themselves sick at gullible investors who chose not to vote against their blatant greed.

Furthermore, if their inability to do what’s best for their own company and nonexistent leadership style are allowed to continue, manipulators and shorts will continue screwing with the share price for God knows how much longer.

AJM, 1MC and now SYA - JB is a f***ing disaster! The only people getting rich out of his ventures are him and his ilk.

I bet many non-holders like myself are watching from the sidelines and deciding not to touch this company while this useless, self-serving BOD remain in charge.

I admire the retail investors in here who can see through the recent last ditch effort announcement (Strategic Review and Operational Update) and have said enough is enough and intend on challenging this disgraceful BOD.
