Hi Vstar the full agreement has always had those provisions and has been posted and discussed here before, with SYA promoting 2026 up to BL's departure, but there has never been a guarantee just an expectation/ hope or whatever you want to call it.
Untill proven otherwise 2026 is still in play IMO but is looking increasingly unlikely and not just because of those provisions or KP but sector issues in general, our cashflow is drying up as is PLL's.

A lot has changed in 12 months and the extreme Volotility is making a mockery of many things.

One can call previous statements made as misleading in hindsight but can also made with good intentions at the time, boom times tend to lead bouts of irrational enthusiasm by everyone including management.

I agree its far from ideal ..
