Oh yes he can, and he WILL.
He has done nothing but exhibit terrible leadership. Zero anns and comms since the day he took over as "internim" CEO. He has not engaged with ONE shareholder. Guidances are continually being revised downwards and goals are being pushed out. There is no clear strategy, no clear goals. The only concrete thing he did was vote himself a 109% increase in salary, and now he's going to try to push through a big fat renumeration package.
