Yeah maybe ... its a possibility but I could not see FID being taken on that basis and it would not be "bankable" IMO. I know I would not invest on that basis.
Explain the "If they find that new technologies threaten the model that they have chosen, they prepare to change" ... what becomes of the $555M+ capital invested in the chemical plant ... written off? Shareholder lawsuit waiting to happen for BoD taking plant past FID. The chemical plant is a long term asset ... 20+ to 30 years ... long past current crop of investors and directors. JIMHO
