Just a question, being a novice investor, what happens once the resolutions are highly voted no. Do the BOD have to/or a requested to resign, like a vote of no confidence, or do Institutions have the pull to keep them.
Would a suitor consider a TO or would that be too messy with our collaboration with PLL.
Just wondering whether or not to load up with more to get average down.
