see my previous post above - company is called computershare. It’s their proxy solicitation business. The guys who run it are based in Sydney with offices around Wynyard.
they’ll be in attendance collecting votes if you wanna tell them your 2 cents worth on their solicitation program to take shareholder money to hire kids to make phone calls to cover the asses of SYA directors so they’re not voted out on an embarrassing majority vote.
it’s a fascinating scum sucking business, please take my word I know it very very well.
