Just recieved my phone call.
Caller asked how I voted, I told him I am voting NO to all resolutions. He then asked the BOD would like to know the reasons for my descion to vote NO . I said the BOD is the main reason, not communicating, their murky strategy going forward and our questioable relationship with our JV partner Piedmont, who seem to be in a position to make more money from NAL than Sayona...
