Does anyone have experience with what is going to happen if we are successful in not appointing JB and PL at the meeting?
As our constitution needs to respect the Corporations Act we require 3 directors.
So does anyone have a copy of our CURRENT constitution? It is 20 years old so their might be a weird clause in it.
The Constitution may dictate that as the AGM has not appointed sufficient Directors nominations may be made from the floor?
Or will it be a case of the remaining 2 directors PC and AB can then call a meeting and appoint whoever they wish?
If that's the case they remain in place until the next AGM.....
Do we need a plan B for those of us attending the meeting to consider this?
