Voted No for everything. I personally cannot trust any of these resolutions.
Fighting my inner voice telling me that this BoD are only interested in a cosy and non-challenging life before retirement and will not make any decisions that risk their comfortable lifestyle. Probably bitter towards retail holders and perceive us as un-deserved to share in any of the company fortunes. Negative, I know but it has got to that stage now.
I do hope I am wrong. Good luck to all and keep chin up.
