Got the call this afternoon and advised I am voting no and in particular I don't want James Brown as CEO. The caller interrupted and said he is interim CEO so I queried then why there was no mention of the ongoing CEO search in yesterdays annoncement.
I said I could be convinced to vote yes if James calls me to chat through my concerns, being unlikely consider it a firm no vote.
