OMG, Christ on a crutch, what guarantees that a change of BOD will do any better !!??!! These cck-gobblers have acheived nothing !! Their Corporate reputation is appalling, they cannot comply with their own Corporate Governance and they have lied to and deceived their Shareholders. Then they have engaged at least two Parties, at the Shareholders expense, to try and influence the Shareholders Vote at the AGM.
Our current BOD have damaged themselves irreparably here but they are just too stupid to realise.
