Good observation- and makes any decision on partner all the more important. I would be surprised if a range of partners haven't already viewed half built carbonate plant. If a better offer comes through and PLL don't meet the internal deadlines for deciding on carbonate plant then I suggest SYA management are more than entitled to proceed without PLL. there are no indications of this yet, but having a seat in the board is a double edge sword and they claim they weren't kept informed
