Yes, you are right, when PLL come on board with their 25%, most investors were happy. The deal being, heading for carbonate. Now the reason a lot shareholders are not happy, is only one part of the JV wants to go downstream, asap, the other part, wants no part of downstream for carbonate, not until their agenda suits them.
IMO, PLL, have alternative motives, that where not made public to shareholders, possibily a few directors, who have no interest in putting value into retail shareholders.
