It's not as bleak as it seems in the top 20.
It's not just us retailers concerned.....it goes farther and deeper than that.
There have been conversations, with various holders in the top 20, including members in the top 10....as well as investors just out of these ranks.
There has also been some institutional movement within the top 5.
Our side has been fantastic....very vocal and motivated to stand by their opinions and vote, some for the first time!
We have a really good shot at this.....
Cant believe it...the little guys actually has a shot!
I guess it remains to be seen, but I see it as a win win for us.
If this in indeed is the catalyst for board renewal, then worthy candidates, who can take this company to the next level, have an opportunity to be nominated and voted in by us...the investor base.
If they survive, they will probably receive a first strike and be on notice......which will hopefully push them to pull their finger out and try harder......much harder....and if they don't....they will receive another strike in 2024.....and be gone.....

And before you say, lets give em a chance.....Please remember, both Buckler and Brown have been on the board of Sayona for 10 years.....since 2013.....how long do they need?
