I think it is important to vote this time for the reasons you have outlined. Also, whilst the BOD wouldn't probably read comments here, they would have someone monitoring and advising on retail holders' sentiment. Given we are still the majority of shareholders & they have elected to continue to ignore valid concerns like you've ( & many others including me) stated, the concerns of retail holders who have gone to visit the NAL site, plus they are ringing some holders to elicit voting intentions is very telling.

It may go down to the wire as to what resolutions get up. Of particular importance in my view is a vote AGAINST Resolution 1 (adoption of remuneration report).

If Against vote is carried, then it will set up a spill of the entire board at next years AGM.

Actions speak louder than NO words.

I will be voting against all, except Res 4.
