The notice-of-annual-general-meeting will have a QR code.
You will need your HIN number when you ring ComputerShare and ask them for the Control Number.
Once they give you the Control Number you should be able to vote online.
After you scan the QR code, it will direct you to the website to vote online, enter the Control Number and follow the prompts.
