Ironically, I trusted GTLoui & SplitFusion much more than I trust our Board and management team. It's a really frustrating situation to be honest.
While I fear for the damage to outsing most of the board members in the short-term, I had painfully decided to do my part and take the bitter pill.
Do note that AB is not up for re-election. So we are unable to get him out of the board as yet.
