Might be a bit like say Chris Ellison Chair of MinRes putting himself and another nominee on the BoD of Delta Lithium ... now there's what appears to be a conflict of interest (and has hurt SP a lot). Be interesting to see that re-election vote.

and @DoRonRon you'd be wrong again as using the same example as above ... Chris Ellison (and Josh Thurlow) WERE APPOINTED to the BoD of DLI. So follow this if you are able

Any Board Appointed Director so appointed must "retire" and if eliglible put themselves up for re-election at the NEXT AGM ... which for DLI is 27 November and low and behold .... but CE & JT have been busy in between time

So there is the AGM RE-ELECTION (or not) aspect of the appointment.
