Plus any Director nominated by Piedmont would as Split stated be precluded from the vote and thereby reducing further any chance of that director getting up. However if you look back on what of my recent posts , I did state the overall concern of Piedmont and / or other Parachuting in a couple of directors and effectively losing any kind of control , independence or impartiality.

It is a concern and that's why , I say just vote down Brown down and let the Lawyer fellow provide his services and wallow among the French speaking ' Executive ' ranks for awhile until he's had enough.....

Don't worry , he will resign on his own accord once Buckler comes up for re-election next year. So potentially 2 years of BOD turmoil...... unless Quebec steps in in some manner.....
