I had my call too, I told them I bought more shares in my personnel account last week so when they register I can vote NO with them too. I like many other's have never had anyone one phone me in the past for shares I own to asked me how I was going to vote.
I can only assume the BOD's have got wind of the current status quo. A bit late in the day Mr. Brown and Co. share holders are pissed and are voting against your resolutions.
