Agreed with you. But what can we do if FFT's chairman is MSP's director? Obviously this guy can get huge benefit from the transaction, and shareholders suffer the lose. Back to my post as above, if the SP is controlled under 3c, even the t/o can be rejected, it is nothing to us.
