As a former holder of FFT do you believe in the turnaround story they are trying to sell? They appointed a former G4S employee as well as their global head of sales (Ann. 15/6/2016) so it is similar to the MSP narrative, just need time to execute? They always spend more on staff and production then they make, which is what leads me to label them a 'lifestyle' company. I know they have said that they are working on reducing costs and expect to be EBITDA positive for FY '18 but they all say that.
I'll need a better offer than 4 to 1 to accept.
