    Well to be honest, I WILL be voting no. I'd rather send these buggers out on stretchers than see the company given away.

    Lets get an informal petition going and see how many votes we have here.

    I have 100k shares. They will vote no. What does everyone else have?

    Im sure we could get more than 1c per share at a fire sale, so go with that!!!
