here is a hint for you all:
1) Have a look at Joe Ferrone's shareholding in the 2006 Annual Report on page 53. Just over 14m shares as at 21 Sep 06 in San marino P/L
2) on 29 Jan 07, final Directors Interest Notice showed Joe Ferrone's company San marino held just over 7m shares
3) Was a "Change in substantial holding" form ever lodged between 21 Sep 06 and 29 Jan 07 to reflect the approx 7m share sell down by the Executive Chairman??? Is this not a breach of ASIC's Continuous Disclosure Rule 3.1???
4) Is it interesting that the executive chairman sold down half his holdings just prior to the company being suspended??
