If ASIC aren't looking at this then what's the point of them being there. More particularly, are the little people like you and I considered fair game, but if someone important gets burnt do the wheels suddenly start turning (swiftly).

I'd love a job at ASIC monitoring this stuff. The pay would be good and the results rewarding. Would be an easy job too.
