Please excuse my limited knowledge of share placements. I have held this stock for about a year and like everyone else am disappointed with the current share price. Re the resolutions, I take it that Resolution 1 is a formality requiring shareholder ratification for something that has already occurred? I understand everyone's concern about the options being sold off and will be voting no to Resolution 2. If someone could offer some clarification on the first resolution I would be grateful.
