Basic reply. My phone has a CR racked screen.
The issue is communication from FGR to shareholders. At last year's AGM shareholders were told this was going to improve.
First of all this is just a General meeting. Not the AGM that is in November
Resolution 3 are the shares granted to Andy G, if we land a sales agreement it will be due to his knowledge / skills.
Traxys options - if we sign a significant offtske agreement with Tesla, Samsung or Panasonic they deserve these options.
As it currently stands these options are only just in the money.
I voted Yes to all.
