Which part do you find disgraceful sir ?

The part in the ASX anns (editors notes) that state a placement of 71,428,571.43 shares to be issued at 3.5c ?

Or the free attaching options with a strike of half a cent ?

Or the nearly 143 million required addition to the new fully diluted register number ?

Or something else ?

Could you please expand ?
