Hi poorinvestor,

I don't know the reason why others want to or not want to declare the multiple accounts on HC. Everyone has his/her own reason. For me, the reason is very simple, I believe that BOD or Pfizer do monitor HC, I want them to know that a LTH with multiple million shares and multiple accounts are voting NO and are not happy about the scheme. Second, I want to support @gimmegimme to save our company from being stolen by Pfizer.

I have said many times before that I believe if Pfizer wants to buy us out, it is inevitable. But I need a fair price. Where there is bully, there is fight. If the BOD can't act on behalf of us, we need to stand up for ourselves. I am not going to be bullied into silence.
