Yeah Pfizer has been following the ier (laughable that it is), but that doesn't automatically mean that all shareholders (particularly long term ones) are all of a sudden making a final decision on their 'selling price'. As the poster you thought would be in the minority said, there are probably many LTH's that don't want to sell at all, (myself included). If (hopefully) Pfizer choof off and the sp falls (again), and a cr is necessary, c'est la vie and que sera sera, but at least we wouldn't have sold out to corporate greed. AIMHO, and all the best for all of us
