Given this comment (which I accept) the Board should be by now(and should have been previously) proactive in forcing Pfitzer to this point well and truely by now - rather than just wasting more and more of our time to say nothing of the distraction this endurance has cost us all. Compare the way the Rio Board swiftly dealt their matter and got on with it !!!
