I'd think the courts would be the establishment to legally approve the increase, not us shareholders. Last time I checked I don't have more say than the legal establishment. RAP shareholders have been offered 20.8c now, so the 14c offer is null and void. Do we honestly think they're asking our approval to offer us more 5hitty crumbs? All they're doing is deliberately confusing us. To me, the against sentiment is applicable to any takeover price, and includes any resolutions that could allow that to be an even remote possibility. imo
