VOTE NO. AWAIT "BEST & FINAL" DECLARATION, page-97

I'd like to start a petition that the RAP board donates the difference between the original revised offer price which they endorsed and the final price (assuming that gets up) to fund a RAP desolution party (or another worthy cause) for all investors who pushed 'No'. The gumption of the investors of the company is the only force driving the offer price revision. In fact, the board has been actively making it more difficult to display this resolve.

So we are currently looking at a pretty sweet, all-expenses party at a luxury resort.
