Don’t forget to vote NO before this Monday to this terrible rip off deal. Make them offer a higher and fair price. If their own paid independent advisors thinks it below par then why should we let them take this from under shareholders at the last minute, for a song. They will be only on-selling this much much higher once they get the approvals we have all been waiting for.
