So where then is the legislation and funding for the body who decides if an objector is fully or partially respectful? How respectful is the prevalent attitude that voting NO is homophobic?
Most are just SSM phobic because of easily predictable occurrence of harassment and opportunistic litigation-ism from proponents of SSM against people who cannot conscientiously support it through baking, photography, catering services etc. Is that heterophobia or cynical extortion and opportunit for activist lawyers to build a rotation as a trial lawyer?
Good old greed, historically a very powerful motivation.
