I have just spoken at length with Chairman. Where he could, he answered all of my questions. I am satisfied with his answers.

He did indicate that the board will be more proactive in its efforts with the oversight of the company, and in communicating with the shareholders.

My initial concerns about being too close to the company's major shareholder have been answered, and the proof of his independence, which he strongly contended, will need to be demonstrated (I told him as much, and he understood what I meant).

I still disagree with the timing of the consolidation and will be voting NO.
