Shareholders as a matter of urgency should not be apathetic and must VOTE NO to this piss take
Under no circumstances should the Chairman who has presided over one of the biggest decline in shareholder value ever perpetrated on the ASX, whilst selling millions of dollars of freebie shares, get any more freebies Whilst interim CEO paid himself a pro rata $1 million salary and he now wants more? Who replaced Steve Promnitz with Dave Dickson paying him a monstrous 7 figure+ salary and he now wants more?
In years to come there will be books written about this company similar in vein to other catastrophes like Poseidon etc.
I suggest at the same time as voting no to this garbage shareholders should look to set up a group chat site to coordinate a collective amassing of shares to get the minimum of 5% required to lodge a 249d ( I think that's the name ) to get rid of these guys
