Can you elaborate? What are the extra costs? I know Blacktree have their undefined maintenance costs to be paid by the investor, but what are Gunns extra costs?
Also, if Gunns are voted down and Blacktree don't ever get around to a formal offer, or decide that they're the last cab in the rank and can charge what they like, then what then?
I believe most investors in this mess have had enough and want out with as little damage as possible. All those I know personally are of this thinking. They aren't interested in the idea of buying land or a second rotation. They just want to leave this disaster in the best shape possible.
It comes down to alternatives and there are very few.
