Unless anyone can give a good reason to do otherwise, I believe we should ALL vote AGAINST all the Resolutions
What would your shares be worth otherwise? OK ... Assume someone had 15000 shares, say a couple of thousand dollars invested. After consolidation that becomes 1000 shares worth $5*. Even if you had a million shares before consolidation, that still would only be worth a couple of hundred dollars.
The existing shareholders would only retain 4% of the Company's assets
Why not vote NO and send the company into Liquidation?
If this company really has no value, why can't these cowboys just buy the Company after it has been liquidated ?
*I apparently own about $30 worth of shares
