    looking to get a concensus on how many shareholders will be voting NO for the issuance of more management shares. There has been no performance from the company IMO, and they truly don't deserve these shares!

    Hopefully DC will look at this thread, and will realise that there are pissed off shareholders and have had enough of management's greed!

    My message to all shareholders vote NO. Thumbs up if you going to vote NO!
