The additional drilling at PD that was to start at the end of this month is what we're really waiting for, one of the possible delays I can think of if that the buyer may not want to allocate resources for only 10000t. The agreement could hinge on PIO proving we can supply 100000t min. Just speculating but from memory the current resource would produce around 8000 barrels (I think that's what @manfromgwello said) and if a company like Cabot are going to go chasing customers for this product they'd want to know exactly how much they have to sell first.
