It’s great that the management (finally) have enough confidence in the company to commit some serious coin. But, they should only be allowed to take the same $15k as everybody else.
I have no problem with share based compensation, if and when very tight performance criteria are met.
As many have said, the Cs offtake is likely to take care of cash for exploration. That begs the question “why raise funds in the market at 1.4 cents?” If we allow this raid by management now all the ducks are lining up, it just means we have been strung along somewhat since 2003 until mgmnt saw their payday. It could be argued that is the reason for the CR.
Sorry, but I am not comfortable with that.
