And here is another point, at least it concerns me:
just firing someone to show our displeasure is not the way I would like to see my company is run!
- What has he done wrong?
- Why is he incompetent?
I am looking forward solid arguments.
Saying that, I agree that the directors must be hold responsible for the company's success or failure.
