We need a youngish professional. Preferably with a retail chemical engineering background. The Board also lacks depth in modern commercial business practice as witnessed by poor contractual agreements with other companies. There is no one to drive new aquisitions or experience in the NT. This in itself is a glaring mistake considering that the company is totally committed to the NT.
