re: vote no kowalick: Peter...You seem to have missed the point. 95% of shareholders do not attend the AGM. So to say that this is best kept for the AGM is in a sense denying them a chance to express their opinions. An open public forum like this is an ideal arena to discuss/debate the the strength/weakness of those seeking re-election. In a democratic country, to intimate that this should be kept secret and to the few at the AGM I find intolerable. It is my intention to rally the quite majority either thru this forum or via direct mailout. If Kowalick is re-elected then I will accept the decision of the shareholders. But to blindly give your proxy or vote for the only nomination as put forward by the board without may I say inviting other nominations would be foolish and agin to donkey voting. Norm
