i am with you norm. I think the board needs a wake up call. I have no personal complain with kowalick but I believe the way the board has conducted in last year has been far from good and as a shareholders we has the responsiblity to tell the board the same.
Therefore by voting NO i wont be voting no against kowalick but against the board as a whole.
