I don't understand why he solely is to blame?
I personally don't care what he has done in the past - all I care about is whether he has added value or not, and if not, what are our alternatives are.
Having being witness to some pretty savage board shakeups, it may well be a good idea. For example, the change in the management of KBO lifted that company from 1.8c to EPG's current SP (70/80c odd) in a couple of years. There can be great rewards.
If he is to blame, what will the remaining board do and how will they behave - how quickly can we get traction if he was voted out?
I am all ears on this as ARU has astounding assets and an enormous future in 06/07, but has no marketing arm; the decision making has also been somehat disconnected.
If it can be proven he has not been on the ball - well then he should be sent off. I still need a bit of convincing though as to why, as a lack of cohesion may be de-stabalising.
Anyway, s/holders own the company - not them.
