Pruner, on the basis of what you have said Directors would hardly ever change (it is a bit like that already). Boards need a shakeup at times and this is the only way to do it. If shareholders are happy with the way the board has promised and delivered then he should stay if not consideration should be given to a "no" vote as argued for by Norm. Given the potential worth of ARU as discussed on this forum you would have to say the board needs a wake up call. Either way debate on the matter is good.
